Can I still place regular parts orders on Friday?
YES, you can still place regular parts orders on Fridays. Although our Sales Team will not be in the office, they will be monitoring their phones and emails to ensure that our customers are taken care of. Leave a detailed message and they will follow up to assist as needed. Regular parts orders will be processed the following Monday. If you have an urgent order, they will coordinate with the Expedite Team to begin same-day processing.
How do I get help if my drill is down?

Friday Ordering Procedures
We understand that urgent matters arise, and we have established robust expedite procedures to ensure that customer needs are met promptly. Contact our team directly at 336-584-6700 or call your sales rep to place an order. We will have a dedicated Expedite Team on Fridays to assist in any urgent needs. To best help us prioritize and process these orders efficiently, we will not be able to guarantee shipment on orders placed after 2pm on Fridays. Orders requiring freight coordination are subject to additional circumstances and my not apply to overnight or “next day” shipping. The WORD Team is dedicated to presenting our customers with the best solution and will work to maintain our high level of customer service in conjunction with our new schedule changes.
