Team Testimonials

Alex – Asset Management & Fulfillment
“Working at WORD has given me opportunities to seek more knowledge and personal development in a wide range of areas. I enjoy meeting and talking with different customers and seeing how our drills are used in different applications. It’s sometimes challenging to see the bigger picture when you are on the manufacturing side of things, rather than out in the field, but at WORD we always share in our customer’s success like they are our own.”

Reid – Sales
“The company culture and values are really what make WORD stand out to me above other places I have worked throughout my life. WORD values their team and it shows! It truly seems every person fits the company’s core values and comes to work ready to help build the success of the team.”

Zach – Assembly Technician
“I’ve always done mechanic-type work as a hobby so I’ve really enjoyed getting to work with my hands every day to put drills together in the shop at WORD. Each day is a little different and there are always opportunities to learn something new.”
